Jannah theme is only for WordPress.
You cannot use it directly in Blogger, because Blogger and WordPress are different systems.
👉 How to add Jannah theme in WordPress:
Go to your WordPress dashboard.
Click Appearance > Themes > Add New > Upload Theme.
Upload the Jannah .zip file.
Click Install and then Activate.
After that, you can use demo import and settings to make your site look nice.
